Close cooperation with our subsidiary Ideex, coupled with our skills and experience in translating various languages into German, makes us experts in both the old and new German spelling rules ("Rechtschreibung") as well as in the rules of syntax preferred or stipulated by German-language press agencies. We proofread according to your request: either electronically in the file or on the hard copy in compliance with proofreading regulations (DIN 16511).
For quality assurance tasks, we naturally employ the network version of PRIMUS Korrektur-Manager, a product developed at SOFTEX GmbH (the predecessor of Ideex) and since January 1, 2003 available exclusively from Brockhaus Duden Neue Medien GmbH. Since its development, this tool has been enthusiastically received at many of the largest German-language newspapers, news agencies, and other institutions (including dpa, Der Spiegel, Axel Springer Verlag, Reuters, Barmenia Versicherung, and others). In addition to word processing, we can carry out both web design and layout editing, covering every step up to actual printing. For these tasks we use common graphics and word processing programs for PC and Macintosh.
